Hatching CHickens !!!

Hii people please help me. We have some eggs at are 20 days old today. One has just pipped and hasnt had anymore progress please helpp me. i really dont know what to do next. I have chickens before but these chicks need to hatch because they werent cheap either. Please Help !!

I've hatched only a few batches, but be patient. Sometimes it's a long period of time from the time they pip until they hatch. I had one guinea keet hatch last weekend that took around 36 hours from the time it pipped until he was hatched.

Don't open the incubator. Make sure the humidity is right.
