Hatching Chicks for Others

I've always been interested in incubating and hatching different breeds of chicken but would not have the space to have them after they are 4-6 weeks old.

I've often wondered is it possible to hatch a few and sell them/gift them to people online? The worry is that someone wouldn't turn up and collect them or something and we would be effectively stuck. I am wondering if anyone does this?

It is no worry if it wasn't possible, just would be pretty awesome if it was.

I would advise you not to hatch chicks without a steady market, or the ability to butcher extras. Otherwise you could become overrun. It does depend on where you live. Most people can find homes for them in early spring, and for pullets, but all the extra roosters have to go somewhere.
