I’ve had 2 hatch and last one hatched mostly out about 2 1/2 hours ago. On about hour 2 I kind of softly helped hatch rest of the way and it seems weak and exhausted. I left in incubator to see if he could build strength before putting with others. Is this ok or should I go ahead and take out and put with other one?

Also I have about 3 that have a peep hole for about 2-3 hours now. I can see them moving but not a lot. Should I help or just leave alone? Humidity is about 77.

Picture is of weak chick. Does this look normal? Other one doesn’t look like this.

Yep, pop him back in there next to the ones that are pipping. His peeps will help encourage them. And no, don't touch those other eggs yet. Chicks often wait and rest for 12-24 hours between pip and zip. They're doing important work absorbing their yolk and preparing for hatch.

Thank y’all that’s what I did. How long should I wait for the others to fully hatch? It’s 9:20pm here

Go to sleep. They'll probably be out in the morning.

Even if not, I wouldn't worry until 20-24 hours after pip.

(I say this... but when I have chicks hatching I have trouble sleeping, and during the day I have to physically leave my house to stop watching the incubator. :) So I get it. )
