Hatching day ! !

Texas A & M quail. Day 19 my second set of eggs in the incubator . I have alot of movement and one egg has cracked and is oozing some. I keep searching the internet to find out I need to wait. or do I need stay up to watch? I was told that once they hatch and are out of the egg I need to move them to the brooder once they are "fluffy". But I only see one egg that has cracked. can some one tell if I can go to bed???
