For those of you that hatch more than 1 breed of chick at a time in for example a Little Giant foam incubator how do you keep track of what chick is which breed.
Example
Olive Eggers and Easter Eggers in the same incubator. It would take me a couple of weeks to get 40 Olive Egger eggs to fill the incubator. So I was mixing but I would like to be able to say these are EEs and these are OEs.

In the incubator? That's not where my issue begins because my EEs are blue, green and pink eggs and my Olive Eggers are Maran hens. The issue is as hatch would hardware cloth still keep them separate and not mess up the incubator

They're too big to go through hardware cloth. Plenty of people do that
