hatching eggs are here...but...

my hatching eggs came in!! yeah! beautifully packed! not one was broken! nice dark BCM eggs....most (according to my egg scale) are a medium or large egg. but 2 of them register in at a small. and one of the small eggs is quite narrow. are the small eggs from pullets? are they safe to incubate?

You can try to incubate the small eggs, just know that they may not hatch, or that the chicks may have issues....on the other hand, they could be just fine...I would email the sender and ask about the small eggs, I'd guess that they are pullet eggs though.

an old wives tale is that round eggs are girls and pointy eggs are boys......... ( I dont believe it though)
