I'd look up the Hatching House and see if there's something there that you're looking for. I know she's got several breeds, and I'd pay attention to their pick up policies, as they're doing a bunch of stuff to protect you and them from corona.

Check craigslist. I just got ducklings in CT from a duck farmer who posted on craigslist. Very affordable.
