Hatching eggs cold

Some of the hatching eggs under my broody duck are cold - why would this be? Does this mean they won't hatch? Can I do anything?

It's probably due to too many eggs under her. A hen can only cover so many eggs. You might be in for a delayed or poor hatch.

Candle and see which ones are furthest along. Toss any eggs that don't show clear veining and those that are visibly delayed.
