Just ordered a R-Com King Suro 20!! and candler http://www.jmtdistributors.com/adjustable-hiintensity-egg-candle.html

I
plain to set some eggs around 4/26 (I have a business trip 4/21-25, and I was worried about leaving 1 1/2 week old chicks with our chicken sitter- DO YOU AGREE???)

So the question is, I've selected some great eggs from Gabbard Farm, but wondered if there are other great breeders to get quality eggs/stock from?

I don't intend to do any showing, but I do love beautiful birds!

This is a 'wish' list...I think

Is eggbid any good, or should I stick with Gabbard farm?

I would order as many as you can from one breeder. That way you don't have to worry about shipping dates or eggs coming at different times. But, this is your dream so run with it.

Also, now that you have an incubator you can always hatch more next time
