Hatching eggs?

Hello yall I breed Millie Fleur and Mottled Duccles- I was looking to start selling hatching eggs locally- when selling hatching eggs what’s the oldest an egg can get before you won’t sell it?

Here is a general guideline. Eggs up to 2 weeks hatch relatively reliably. But not 100%.
At 3 weeks old,, the hatch rate dwindles down to below 20% or lower.
Ideal selling timeline is one week. For best results.
