Well you can make a incubator like this

or buy one price range veries....
its very addicting i have made 2 incubators so far and have 2 more smaller ones to make and a giant fridge incubator in the planing stages...'
there is alot of people on here with pure frizzle breeds...

the hatching part is easy, it's after that the "work" begins. You MUST be committed to making sure they have a brooder with plenty of food and clean water everyday. I check the water twice a day (because they kick shavings into it). Must have a lamp for heat source...and increase the size of the brooder as they grow (if you start with a smaller box, like I do...I have to move them into a bigger "condo" this morning)

It's a perfect project for 4H. Good luck, and keep us posted.

I haven't gotten good at Hatching yet. But i believe it's because of my stinky incubator. If your wanting to hatch eggs, make sure you save and buy a nice one.

It's not to hard, especially after a little practice. And chicks aren't too difficult to take care of. Food, water, heat.

I just wanted to let you know that later this fall or spring I will have some nice Mottled Frizzle hatching eggs for sell.

And my breeder birds won at my 4-H show a few weeks ago.

i want a incubator for Christmas so maybe if i get it i can try hatching out some Orpingtons and RIRs before i spend money on eggs that i might mess up lol
