Hatching help please

I have 3 eggs in the incubator. One I think is dead. One started its pip about 32 hours ago and is the picture with the biggest break. I hear this duck and I see him trying to break out, but this is as far as he has gotten. Do I need to help in any way? When I make noise or tap in the incubator I see him trying to break through.

My second egg started about 12 hours ago but it is low on the egg. Do I need to roll the egg so the pip will be at the top?

I am on vacation and will be traveling home tomorrow and if they have not hatched, I will have to open the incubator and set them sideways in an egg carton so they won't break on the ride home which will be about 7-8 hours.

I plan to check the other egg before I leave tomorrow as well.

I am nervous about both eggs and what I need to do.

If no progress is made in 24 hours then I would assist. Check this video out for help:

Some say 2-3 days but the chick has a high chance of being dead.

That is not a problem but be careful. If you see veins then stop what you are doing as well as the yolk.

No, DO NOT help this duck hatch!!! Let the duck hatch on its own and leave it for couple of hours or each hour just see how it's going. If it doesn't hatch out of its egg for like couple of hours it's ur choice to attempt to help it carefully :/ but I recommend u waiting to see if it hatches out of its egg, if it's weak and can't hatch out of its egg then try to take him out of the egg hope he survives the hatch
