So yesterday we lost our Barred Rock Twilight she got sour crop and I couldn't fix her fast enough. Anyway, now I have definitely decided we will be hatching some eggs next year sometime. I know that's still some time away but I'd like to get as much info as I can before I do anything. We live in AZ and so I would like suggestions on how to go about it that seem to work best in dry climates. I think we are going to make our own incubator. And I think we'd like to hatch some white, blue and green eggs. Any ideas on what chickens we should hatch?

Really any info on hatching that you'd like to share but be much appreciated!
Thanks!
