I want to try hatching in cartons this time. Do I leave spaces or just fill them up? Anyone have any pics of this? Thanks :)

Hi, I don't have any pictures for you but, I use a clean egg carton for hatching all the time. I cut the carton down on sides and cut out the bottom and also use a hole punch to put holes in sides to give the eggs as much possible air circulation. Some people use styrafoam, I use paper ones. I find it is helpful to fill the carton with eggs and cut away extra unfilled spots if possible and still retain stability. I have tried laying eggs in cupcake papers but found the eggs get kicked around to much by the early hatchers. Good Luck
