Hatching/incubator records

[Yard full o' rocks]

I am about to start my first batch of eggs in the incubator. Do any of you have any type of paperwork that you use to keep up with each hatch? Number eggs started? Number hatched? Etc? Etc? Instead of starting from scratch, I thought i would borrow from someone with experience. If you have anything like this, could you please send me a copy? With GREAT thanks!!! Scott
