It wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be, I’m glad I did have a few people I met through out chicken platforms, 1 lady especially on Facebook she guided me the whole way especially when the first chick need help. Now as far as expensive it all depends on what you’d like to use. I didn’t pick an expensive incubator, I did some reading on all kind of the machines. It’s my first time so I wanted to make sure I had it right. It’s my first was an adult science project for me lol. Very interesting

Did these hatch on day 18?! Did you get any signs beforehand?

I’m a first time hatcher and the 5 in my incubator are now rocking at day 15/16… I’m wondering if I should lock them down now or wait until day 17/18?! I just don’t want to do anything wrong and lose them… they’re bantams if that makes a difference! Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
