Hi everyone,
Would really appreciate ANY advice on hatching ornamental waterfowl asap as I've just bought some mandarin, carolina and cinnamon teal eggs. Wondering what the best humidity level is and whether to use the cooling option or not?
I've hatched ducks before so not a first timer, but never ornamental waterfowl.
Thanks in advance :)

Who did you buy your eggs from? If they were shipped then you may not have as much luck with them as shipping takes it toll on the eggs. What incubator are you using? I have my R-com set for 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit and 55% humidity. I bump the humidity up to 65% for hatch. You could use the cooling option. I know Grumbach incubators have that option, but I will not have my Grumbach until later this summer. Hopefully you will be able to hatch some ducklings. Good luck!

Got them off eBay so yes the shipping is a consideration. I'm using a Brinsea 20 with a humidity pump. Got the humidity at 51% because it was advised between 45-55% so I comprimised. Thank you for your advice, I will post pics of any ducklings that hatch! :)

Seven out of twelve are fertile, four carolina, two mandarin and a teal :) v pleased :D
