Hatching Polish chicks

i am attempting to hatch 2 Polish/silkie cross. I noticed this morning incubator wasn't maintaining, the temperature dropped to 96, also humidity dropped to 45. I also have two pips. Now I'm really worried . Any guesses on if they will make it? It's day 20. Any tips on hatching Polish or Silkies?

If you have pips, I would get that humidity up quick. Throw a wet sponge in there.
As far as the temp at 96, it might delay their hatch a bit if it has been that temp for awhile. Are you sure your thermometer and hygrometer are accurate? I would worry more about getting the humidity up at the moment.

Thank you! I added a wet paper towel right away, and both chicks were born within the hour (a day early) and are doing great
