It’s day 20 and only one egg out of three has pipped so far and hasn’t moved for a while what should I do?

are they bantam eggs? If so, wait until day 22. If nothing, maybe you should pick up the pipped one and gently tap it. If there is movement, maybe gently open the egg. I used an eye dropper full of warm water and put drips in around the chick and begin flaking off the shell. I would pick up the other two and do the same. Hope it works out for you.
