Hatching problems

I have been having trouble with my last few Hatches . The poults have been dying after entering the air sac and sometimes just after pipping. My temp is 99.5 and humidity it just under 70%. Anyone have a guess as to what is happening?

any fluid in the air sack? how big is the air sack? I know how do you describe that?

No fluid and I have hatched birds before with airsacs that were about the same maybe these are a little smaller. I noticed the inside of the eggs looked greenish after they died.

I don't have any info to offer. I keep my humidity at 40. :/
