hatching question

ok, the whole story... I started with 48 eggs. Five were nonfertile, one died during incubation, 32 hatched. When I opened the other ten eggs there were fully formed chicks inside so something must have gone wrong during hatching. Any ideas or suggestions so that I might can correct something next time?

I know that was a very good hatch rate but I can't help but be curious about the others. I was using a LG9200 stillair.

Was there albumen and yolk still inside the eggs, or were they dry?

They seemed to be dry, like they just never broke through the shell.
