Hatching question

On Easter night we gave our broody hen 9 eggs to hatch, I know 21 days if any hatch they should start. My question is will Mother's Day be the 21 days or will Monday? I don't know if it takes a day or two for the eggs to heat up. Please inform me. Thanks in advance

It's not exactly 21 days, so some could start on Sunday (or even Saturday), or the might not start hatching until Monday (or Tuesday). Trust the hen to keep them warm and alive until they are all out. Chicks can go a few days without food or water, as can the hen, but have food and water available to them for whenever they are ready for it.
