Hatching silkie chick with what looks like blood

I have a silkie chick hatching and it looks like there is blood on its fluff. It also appears to be kinda struggling to get the shell off the rest of the way. This chick was incubated underneath a broody hen but I moved it to where I could monitor it. Should I be concerned or do something about it? Or should I just let the chick be?

The chick hatched, but it seems kinda weak. It’s been a while now and it’s having a hard time finding it’s legs and it’s toes curl
