Hatching Toulouse Eggs

Today is day 29. I was near the incubator and heard chatter!!! I am so excited!

One cutie so far! I’m not sure if the other egg will fully develop. It looked just like the one that hatched, when I candled. Today is day 31. Both eggs were removed from a nest found around a friends house. We had a third that was full of bacteria, rather than an embryo. She was not sure how long the eggs had been there.

Oh it's so cute... Even though it's the most humungous freshly hatched looking duck (goose) I've ever seen. Haha. I hope the other one hatches for you!
