I have the Hova Bator 1602n still air bator with an egg turner. I would like to hatch 12 Bourbon Red turkey eggs. Can this model be used for turkey eggs? Will the eggs fit on the automatic turner? Will it put them too close to the heat element? 28 days to hatch? Thanks -Dan

I'm not familiar with that incubator and which model it was that required the expansion ring. I would check with GQF to be sure.

My 1583 and 1588 Hovas can accommodate turkey eggs with out problems.

It is not recommended to use an auto turner for turkey eggs. Hand turning yields better results, altho that is not always possible for everyone.

My Hove-Bator holds 42 chicken eggs with the egg turner installed. Now I want to hatch some turkey eggs. I wonder how many turkey eggs I can put in the egg turner.
