Hatching turkey eggs, lots of ???????????????????????

I am getting a few turkey eggs and I have no idea how to hatch turkeys. I have hatched chickens but thats it. My questions are:

How long do they incubate?

How many times a day do you turn them?

What should the temp. be?

What should the humidity be?

When is lock down? (when I stop turning)

At hatch time what should the humidity be?
If im missing anything please let me know. Thanks!!

Turkeys take 28 days to hatch, stop turning on day 25, turn 3 times a day, humidity 45-50% then 70ish% during hatch.
