when do we candle eggs or do we. is it the same as chicks?

I wait till about 10 days before I candle.

We candle about 14 days if I remember, normally during hatching season there are 1 to 2 trays a week coming out of our GQF Sportsman, about 80 + eggs. Most times I candle when they stop turning.
