Hatchling looking like it is stuck

My mama hen is hatching her 2nd baby. I notice the egg looks funny. It is still moving and chirping but the whole thing looks weird. Should I help this little guy???

Ok so I had to help it hatch it was dry as all could be and with research I helped it hatched now trying to figure out if I can put it back with mama

Awesome thank you I took it back to her when she heard it chirp she lifted scooted another egg back and scooted the baby in and laid on it. Fingers crossed!!!
