hatchling trouble

I just got back from a business trip that was a day and i had someone turning my eggs and watching them. During this time 2 hatched and one pipped the egg but died. Does anyone know what might have happened to this chick? thats its beak sticking out of the egg

looks like it got glued. what was the humidity like? was this person turning during lockdown?
