Hatchling with prolapse ... what do I do?

I have a chick that has just hatched that appears to have a rectal prolapse. What do I do? First hatching I've done. Please help

Still alive. Took it out of icubator. May actually be umbilical problem? Looks sore/ nasty

Might heal up, might not.

Is there anything you would recommend as a treatment? (S)he seems healthy and active otherwise.

As long as the area is not open at all, just leave it and see what happens.
If there's any open/wound like area might wipe some neosporin over it.
