Way UP north MI
Im somewhat of a chicken novice. Only had my have a small flock of 5 hens for 3 years, I have been noticing my one EE has had runny ish poop frequently. And her back end was looking kinda poopy. So I decided to take her inside and give her a epsom salt bath.

I after washing her I gave her a good look over and did notice some dark spots near her vent. After I checked my other hens and didn’t see anything that looks like this. There are dark purple/black spots that almost look like blood blisters? I’m mildly OCD and now stressing about this hen. Is there something wrong with her?

I’m in MI too cold for flies to be out for fly strike, no roosters to make gleet. Idk? 🤷🏻‍♀️ am I being overly obsessive or is this not normal?

Make sure she is dry and warm before putting her back outside I just made that mistake and loss my favourite hen to an unexpected cold night. So heartbroken
