Have a hen swollen between the legs extending towards vent. Alert and hopping only on one foot. Other leg unable to stay solid under her.

Leg doesn't appear broken. No obvious injury. Have given a warm water bath as I thought she may be egg bound because of the swelling. Didn't seem to help. Symptoms only noticeable since this morning. My son noticed her hopping instead of walking normally.

Welcome To BYC

If you have photos of her and her poop, that may be helpful.

You mention swelling of the abdomen, do you note any bruising or does it feel like it's fluid filled?

She may be having some reproductive problems, if she's not laid an egg and should have, then I'd give her Extra Calcium for 5-7days.
Calcium Citrate+D3, one tablet directly into the beak once daily.

See that she's eating/drinking well.

She got a long soak in a warm bath with intermittent massages. Dried before returning her outside to the coop. Seemed to give her a little relief. She's eating and drinking. Is able to put weight on the afflicted leg, though still limping. Still making her a comfy spot on the floor as she can't roost yet. Not sure if any eggs have been laid as her buddies keep laying with her and I don't know whose eggs are whose. Tried separating her but it stressed her and was afraid she'd hurt herself.
