Wondering if anyone can give some insight into to our Muscovy situation. I have a Muscovy about a year and half old that's been a great layer for us. Recently she has became real mean towards my other ducks and one goose. The other ducks are about 4 months old and the goose is 3 months old. We keep them in the pen together and haven't had any problems till about a week and half ago. In the last week and a half the Muscovy will casually walk up to the other birds and nip at their tails. Once the other birds start running she goes into full pursuit and won't stop attacking the poor birds until we put her in timeout in the pen. She is real nasty towards the goose, and the goose is the sweetest bird I've ever been around. I imagine once the goose is older it will put the muscovy in her place.
Any advise would be appreciated. Lately we have been separating the muscovy and the goose in their pen. Thanks in advance.
