I was told to put 5ml in a gallon of water and I have a pic pipe water with the little chicken nipples I guess you could say and it hold probably about a gallon and a half of water. Do I need to change out the water every day or let them drink it then just refill every few days? I only have two chickens and they don't go through but maybe a half gallon or less a day. But my rooster I believe has cocci and I'm treating them both.
