But I found two eggs today! (pekin)
One of them was SIGNIFICANTLY bigger than the other.
It was a double yoker!!!
Too bad it had a big crack down one side so I had to cracked it down the garbage disposal.
I hate that it was cracked and I couldn't use it.

I've used my eggs now in brownies, meatloaf and a cake that was the HIT of Labor Day weekend!
I'm anxious to collect up enough to cook up for breakfast!
I'd like to try them on their own and not cooked in something.

And the question of whether or not they will lay in water has been answered.
Both of these were in the water and I had to wade out several steps to retrieve them.
