Have you ever heard of Emphrodesia?

Someone here is offering Emphrodesia eggs.

I have never heard of this breed and cannot find anything on this forum or online. My guess is that it is misspelled but I have no idea what the true breed name might be. Any thoughts?

never heard of Emphrodesia...

maybe they meant Empordanesa?

Gabbard farms has them. I think they are one of the flightly mediteranian breeds that lay really dark eggs. It is spelled wrong- check their site for some good info.

Thank you everyone for chiming in. Noitulover, you were right. He meant Empordanesa and was just completely wrong in his description. That cleared things right up. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem like a nice person to deal with so I think I will pass.
