Just wondering what some of the favorite treats are among egg layers.

I should add that my girls go absolutely crazy for romaine lettuce and brussel sprout leaves.

Grapes. My girls LOVE grapes! And the kids don’t like to eat the ones that have fallen off the vine already and have that minuscule brown spot where they were connected... so, win win!

I have read great things about mealworms but they arent readily available here except for the lizard section of the pet store. Would that be the same?

Probably so, I'd think a meal worm is a meal worm, no matter what section its in, but I could be wrong!

Thank you I will have a look. Next time I'm in there. Are there and restrictions on how many you can feed? I'm terrible at saying no to anything with a fluffy butt.

OMGOODNESS! I know what you mean! The package that I have has a suggested amount, it's in the barn or I could tell you for sure, but I believe it's one tablespoon per chicken.
