Hi, i have read allot in this forum of how people fight the government on keeping livestock in places like cities or places that have regulations against it. I love the idea how people are standing up for what is right because it should not be a problem in having chickens at all even in small backyards.
I do have a question though I would like to know what is orlando, floridas regulations on having livestock generally chickens in there backyard. Even though I am still having chickens no matter what(LOL

i just would like to know what they are to keep in mind, even though i do know that my association is against it( i read that it also depends on the neighbors whom have no problem with it) i know it isnt a big deal because i am around an area where people keep poultry, etc. And if they do want to give me problems for something that shouldnt be illegal, ot something that is not bad to have then i will take action if possible......just wanted to add that, but wanted to know what you guys think, and if you know what is orlando, floridas regulations. Thanks!!

try looking up city zoning on your city's website.

i used to live in orlando but dont know anything about those rules. good luck.

Orlando relies on Orange County for animal control code..that being said. I couldn't find anything on poutry in the zoning regulations for the City. It may be easier to call Animal services directly and ask.
