I have two 7 week old Swedish ducks and I just got two 4 week old Khaki Campbell’s today but when I put them in the coop my Swedish ducks kept charging them and hovering over the top of them. There’s a pretty big difference in size. We have them separated now but is there a good way to introduce them so they can live in the same coop?

If you separate them. Make sure they can see each other and are close to each other. That way they can get used to one another

We have a pretty big coop so we just split it down the middle with some welded wire. The younger ducklings keep trying to get closer to the bigger ones but the bigger ones have no interest in them now that they’re separated, I’m not sure if it has anything to do with the size difference but I’m just glad they aren’t trying to charge them anymore!
