Sadly, the offspring of Blackfoot and his beautiful ladies are being eaten before they have a chance to hatch.
I am hatching lots of chicks and it would be too complicated to hatch two varieties, so I had to choose one flock and I chose The Florida, led by Wingman.
I've got 58 of his kids a month old or younger running around and more in the incubators.
I've been boiling and eating the eggs from Blackfoot's Rainbow Rock flock and feeding them back to the birds.
Someone had trouble hatching the last eggs that I shipped. I suspect that the post office is doing more xrays or something? I've been reluctant to sell any eggs due to that and no longer list them on eBay. It will be sad if Blackfoot and his line die out.
