HAWK: take on turkeys? or geese?

I have been menaced by a hawk all summer. Yesterday it killed one of my full grown hens. Just left the carcass with nothing consumed. I am guessing the roosters chased it off.... I saw it take off, but it wasn't by the chicks, who have been penned in due to heavy losses, so I wasn't concerned, as it has not taken any of my full grown chickens.

So now all chickens are penned in, but I am wondering, will it attempt full-grown turkeys or geese?

I can hear it outside now, it has been hunting all morning. It keeps flying over and screaming. Probably mad that I took away its easy breakfast.
