This is my little rir bantam, Rexie. He/she is just about 9 or 10 weeks old. I was thinking boy, but then the wattles and comb are telling me girl. The hackles are a bit pointy and this one is still trying to feather out...

What do you think?

I would think that she is a hen. If she were a he, she would have more comb/wattle developement

Given my little experience, this may mean nothing, but I would lean towards hen too.

Hi - In that first picture - what breed is the gray one that is next to your little friend? I have one that is looking like that - is that a cochin? Thanks!

Yes, that little one is a barred cochin bantam! She is the sweetest little fluff ball, she will actually stand on top of your foot if you don't keep walking!

Well I dont know I think it is a little rooster.
I know my RIR bantams hens at that age have more of a tail and it looks big for a hen mine at 16 weeks only weigh in at 15oz...
Are you shure it a bantam?
Chris
