Our family recently relocated to Nashville, TN greater area with the plan to start a homestead. We have had many friends raise chickens but just entered the world ourselves faster than expected. We inhereted 3 roosters and 3 hens from a friend that needed to re-home them. We are learning as we go. The hens are already laying and we hope to sell/trade two of the roosters for two more hens. That is about all there is for now. Looking forward to posting pictures of our evololving coop and run as we have a safe but a bit small one now.
