Healing featherless spots

Is there anything to get this spot to grow back some feathers?? The girls have been pecking at her.

If you can keep the pecker's away..... they should grow back on their own in about a month...looking beautiful again.. =)

It's hard because I don't have any where to seperate them otherwise I would! Is there something I could put on it to get them to stop pulling them out?
