an acquaintance has a sick turkey.
It has a ruffled and tucked in appearance, clear secretions from its nostrils, and a misshapen looking head
I thought likely respiratory or mycoplasma. So I sent her some of my left over Denegard for treatment.
But it’s just a sick and odd looking turkey. She does also keep it with chickens.
What do you think it could be?

It looks like the neck is curving yes? If so... looks like wry neck. Dependin on how long it has been like that If it is just ftom vitamin deficiency it can be treated possibly.

And. Is there only one turkey? That is no good. Turkeys need be with other turkeys. And havin a turkey live with chickens increases the chamce of blackhead disease a lot.

On first looks like it has been a bit picked on do they have a safe place to keep it from the chickens ?

I’m not sure. She had a mate for it but it also became sick and died. She said it was staggering and couldn’t stand properly ( the deceased one )
The current one looks sick as well obviously. I asked if it had yellow poop. She said no. So I’m not sure if it’s blackhead or chicken related
