Healthy Weight gain for chicks and pullets

I have searched and asked experience owners for a guideline or weight gain growth chart for larger breeds (EE, Barred Rock, Bielefelder, etc.) and cannot find anything. What is a healthy rate of weight gain for chicks and pullets? TIA

I don't go by weight gain, I go by body condition and activity level during their growth. As long as they are highly active and are provided a balanced complete poultry diet, they should be developing just fine.

There's no one answer as far as weight gain, it's as @DobieLover says. Also, some breeds tend to have more muscling than others; think white Leghorn vs. Bielefelder, for example. And bloodlines within breeds will vary also.
Plymouth Rocks closer to their breed standard can be a lot different from hatchery barred types, who tend to be smaller.
