How do Salmom Favs do in high heat. We live in the middle part of Missouri where a large part of the summer is in the middle to upper 90's. We would like to get 3 or 4. If they do not do good in heat which breeds would be best for eggs & meat?

We live in Texas, and have 90+ days 4 - 5 months of the year. We've had the following: Black Australorp, Red Star, Buff Orpington, Lavender Orpington, Golden Laced Wyandotte, Barred Rock, Old English Game Bantam, Japanese Bantam, Cochin Bantam. -never had the Salmon Faverolles, but the Cochin did fine. Just make sure to have plenty of shade and cold water available. (and we have fans and misters for really warm days) In general, I would concur that the smooth-legged heritage breeds would hold up better.
