I have a dozen Cornish rocks currently in my basement with a heat lamp in the brooder. They are about 2 weeks old now. Its running high 60-70s during the day. I'm thinking I want to put them out during the day this weekend in the tractor. Do you think they will be ok without a heat source. It gets cool at night so I can bring them back in with the lamp for nights. They are just so smelly I would prefer they be out during the day!

You'll probably be fine putting them out now. I generally wait three weeks--but a lot of folks put them out earlier. Also, if their brooder is smelly you don't have enough carbon in there which can lead to disease. So they'll probably be better off in the tractor.
