I have one lone chick that's gotta get it's strength up before I can put it with any of the other chicks I have. What heat watt would be best for one chick? It'll be in a box with a heating pad too. I just want to make sure I get the bulb watt correct. The box is 23 1/2" L x 16 1/8" W x 12 1/4 H. I thought maybe the smaller brooder would be a good choice since it'll just be one chick in it. It's still has enough room for food water and to walk around while it gains its strength also it'd still be able to get away from heat sources if needed.

Don't overheat the little one. :)

Just like any other chick it needs the warm area and the cooler area so whatever type of heat you provide that gives it ~95F in one part of the box and a significantly cooler area in another part of the box will be the right choice.
