Heat stroke or Mereks?

Hi there, a 3 days ago a few of our hens got stuck somewhere without shade or water. Once we noticed they were definitely heat stressed and we got them cooler. The next day of them was walking all wobbly and tipping over, wings outstretched and tipping foward. Since then her movements are limited and mostly lays on the ground on her side. She drinks and eats well. Attached are pictures of her eyes. I think (hope) it is probably heat stroke damage and not mereks.

update: after reading through other threads I’m starting to wonder if it could be botulism? We do chicken compost so that’s a possibility. Although the timing with them getting stuck under the sun with no water still makes me think it had something to do with heat. Maybe both? Does anyone know what signs to look out for and how long recovery would be if it’s nothing more serious?

Could be heat stroke or vitamin deficiency.
Just keep on with the fluidsand keeping her cool.
